Texas Holdem is a variation of traditional poker that requires skill, strategy, and a little bit of luck. The objective is simple:** create the best possible hand using two private cards dealt to each player and five community cards placed face-up on the table.
To start playing, you'll need to place an initial bet called the "ante." Once all players have placed their bets, two private cards are dealt face-down to each player. This is followed by a round of betting where players can choose to fold (quit), call (match previous bet), or raise (increase bet).
After this initial round of betting, three community cards are revealed on the table in what's known as "the flop." Another round of betting takes place before two additional community cards are revealed - these are called "the turn" and "the river."
The final round of betting occurs after all five community cards have been revealed. Players must use their own two private cards along with any combination from the five community cards on the table. The player with the highest-ranking hand wins!
